Limit switch
Series valve limit switch box is a kind of field instrument for detecting valve state in automatic control system. The limit switch is used to output the signal of the open or closed position of the valve with the switch quantity (contact point). The programmable controller accepts the signal or the computer searches the sample. The limit switch can also be used for interlock protection and remote alarm indication of important valves in the system.

How the limit switch works
The rotation Angle displacement of the valve position detected by the limit switch box of ALS series valve can be rotated through the shaft connector or feedback lever to make the transmission rotate, and the CAM can touch the micro switch, thus making the contact of the switch component close or open. The switch measurement signal can be transmitted to the outside through the wiring terminal, and it can be displayed through the tickler.
Installation and use of limit switch
One, let the valve go to the closed position, adjust the red CAM, so that the "off" switch has signal output.
Two, let the valve go to the open position, adjust the yellow CAM, so that the "open" switch has signal output.
Three, let the valve go back and forth a few times, to determine the limit switch signal reliable.
